IQdeck works as a casting mold for slab/roof and its beam design allows in most cases to save 30-50% of concrete and about 15% of reinforcing steel compared to a traditional slab/roof structure, without weakening the comprehensive strength. This practically means in slab/roof a weight saving of up to 15-19 tons in concrete /100 sqm.
In addition, IQdeck’s support structure is simple and 50-70% faster to build compared to a traditional one.
All our products contain a fire-retardant chemical, which is required in EPS insulation. Expanded polystyrene EPS (Jablo) does not lose its essential properties over time and can be completely recycled and reused.
