Insulated Concrete from (ICF) as IQbloc is a system of formwork for reinforced concrete. It is made with a rigid thermal insulation that stays in place as a permanent interior and exterior substrate walls, floors, roofs and swimming pools. The strength and durability of ICF and IQbloc are based on reinforced concrete body with compressive strength (load bearing) 24N/mm2 which is three times higher than traditional hollow brick 7.3N/mm².
Our Story
It all started in 2015 when two of our partners met up. One was searching for a new home due to various problems in Penthouse he was living in. The Penthouse was very humid and full of mold. Due to this he spend 5 week with a respiratory infection in hospital caused by the excessive mold in the Penthouse. Once recovered we found another Apartment and immediately vacated the Penthouse and moved in to the new Apartment. As a result of many discussion between the partners they decided to do something to the existing problems and quality of the local property construction. Now, two years later we can proudly present the greatest development in Malta to improve building and offer a truly higher quality of living.
